Hi, I'm Anton Hoernfeldt,
I am a New York City based Fashion Designer!
I work at Komar Brands in the Contemporary Department and specialize in Sleep-, Lounge-, & Swimwear, as well as Intimate Apparel. I spend much of my day coming up with and working through print and styling concepts for 4 contemporary brands, as well as private label programs. I studied at Fashion Institute of Technology, where I was the second male to ever graduate from their Intimate Apparel Design program. During my time at FIT I received several scholarships - from the Swedish Trade Federation, International Student Affairs, Axelson Johnson's Scholarship for the Arts to name a few.
Outside of design, I have a background in journalism. I've been a local reporter as well as a columnist, and I am a published author. That journey led me into public speaking, and I specialize in subjects such as Inclusivity & Diversity, Pursuing your dreams and Eating disorders.
I am also passionate about clothes for my dog Elsa, as well as about Men's Underwear! In my free time I volunteer for The Trevor Project, to help protect LGBTQ+ youth.
